For bicycle retailers on Shopify
Keep leads, customer details, service work, staff follow-up, Shopify drafts, POS checkout, and shop-floor inventory connected—so your team can run more of the day without stitching together separate tools.
BikeShop Desk is currently under Shopify App Store review. Contact us for current availability.
One connected workflow
Capture the request once, work from one customer record, and carry the same information through follow-up, service, a Shopify draft, and checkout.
See every open customer request, its notes, and the products they're interested in — all in one place, on every plan.
See the customer workflow →Assign follow-up work to staff, track it on a calendar, and add a time clock across one or more work locations.

Contact details, status, notes, products, and attachments stay with the customer. Tasks join the same drawer on Pro and Advanced. Your team can see the relationship and the next step without searching across several systems.

Treat the customer as a lead while you add notes and products. When they are ready, create a Shopify draft without re-entering their information—then either send the invoice from Shopify or load it directly into POS from the BikeShop Desk tile for a streamlined checkout.

When a saved customer note mentions a day, BikeShop Desk detects it and offers a calendar entry for review. Confirm or adjust the date and time before adding it—without copying the note into another screen.

The mobile companion lets staff search for a product or scroll through collapsible brand groups, then record a count without walking back to a desk. Moving one bike between eligible locations is reflected in Shopify's own inventory adjustment history.
Recording a physical count on your phone does not automatically reconcile Shopify's inventory — it's a count tool, not a sync engine.

Search by model, vendor, or variant, then see live stock across eligible locations in one snapshot. When a bike needs to move, transfer one at a time and keep the adjustment in Shopify's own inventory history.
Record bike details, requested work, repair stages, parts, labor, and customer approval in the same drawer. Customize service types and stages for your shop, while technicians see active jobs alongside their tasks.
Explore service jobs →Every plan includes a 14-day trial. Subscriptions are billed and managed through Shopify — there's no separate checkout.

No. Draft orders are created in Shopify, and checkout happens through Shopify — either by sending an invoice or loading the draft into Shopify POS from the BikeShop Desk tile.
A one-bike move between eligible locations is written to Shopify's inventory and shows up in its adjustment history. A mobile stock count is a separate count tool and does not automatically reconcile Shopify's on-hand quantities.
Advanced lets shops customize service types and repair stages, record bike and work details, track staff-recorded customer approval, and give technicians a focused view of active jobs and tasks.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Shopify's billing settings for your store. If you downgrade, records you built on a higher plan are kept in case you move back up later.
